Growth subscription
£500 + VAT / month
Includes up to 10 live roles at any one time, plus priority matching and basic market intelligence.
Enterprise subscription
£975 + VAT / month
Includes unlimited live roles and enhanced intelligence for firms with continuous hiring across teams or offices.
Design partner pilot
Three months at 50% off
The pilot is limited to ten firms. It includes Market Intelligence during the pilot and direct product feedback sessions. A short pilot agreement is issued before activation.
Market Intelligence
From £1,500 + VAT / year
An optional annual layer for deeper salary, role-age, engagement and anonymised activity analysis. Final scope is agreed with the firm.
Lex Sourcing Agent
Optional and separately scoped
Organic Lex matching is included in every subscription. Any targeted outreach or qualified-shortlist work is agreed separately, with scope and price confirmed before activation.
Cancellation
Month-to-month
Subscriptions do not require a long-term lock-in. The cancellation process and notice period are set out in the applicable firm agreement.

Privacy and consent controls
Candidate information is not made visible to firms simply because someone is a member of the exchange. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the agreed platform terms.

How Lex supports the exchange

Lex helps identify relevant matches and interpret market signals. It does not make hiring decisions, automatically share a candidate's full profile or remove the need for the employer and professional to make their own informed choices.
