7. Market Index Click-Throughs
When you select Continue to firm application from a Live Roles Market Index record, LexLadder records an aggregate operational click-through so we can understand whether a source-linked role is useful. This record includes the role and firm reference, destination host, time, originating LexLadder route and filtered context such as list or detail view.
We do not put your name, email address, user ID, CV reference or other personal details into the application URL. We do not record raw IP addresses or use browser fingerprinting for this activity, and we do not expose individual click-through activity to firms. Firms may only receive appropriately aggregated role-performance information if and when they have a claimed profile.
Legal review item: This data map will be reviewed before any claimed-firm aggregate reporting is released.
