The deals that we cover in our team are broader in scope and more relevant to the real world now than ever before and the market for these skills is broader and deeper than it has been in the 30 years since we did the first pathfinder deals in this area at legacy Hogan Lovells.
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (“IERP”) practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the world. In recent years, our global team has advised on more than US$250bn of closed infrastructure and project finance deals. The role sits within the IERP group, with a particular focus on the Aerospace & Defence sub-team
Our Aerospace and Defense sector advises leading aerospace, defense, and space companies, investors, and government stakeholders on some of the most complex and strategically significant projects in the market. Working at the intersection of national security, infrastructure, advanced technology, and global commerce, our lawyers help clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements, government contracting frameworks, cross-border investments, supply chain challenges, and major project developments. The practice is at the forefront of issues shaping the future of the sector, including digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, satellite technologies, and defense modernization.
