Duncan specialises in large-scale regeneration projects for local authorities and other public sector bodies, as well as clean energy and sustainability schemes. Duncan also provides telecoms advice to large estates. Michael heads the Bristol Real Estate team and specialises in transport and logistics, development and regeneration projects, and he works closely with private and public bodies on a range of real estate matters. Ben is part of our national Housebuilding and Strategic Land team and acquires both immediate and strategic land for development for national PLC housebuilders and regional developers, with a particular focus in the South West and Wales.
