Employment Senior Associate/Managing Associate - London About the Freeths Employment Team Freeths is a top 50 UK law firm and its national Employment Team, led by Rena Magdani, comprises over 45 employment specialists across the country. The team provide a specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. This includes advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, conduct of employment tribunal proceedings, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards. In addition to the above Kevin and the London team have specialist experience of advising on business acquisitions and disposals and works closely with the firm’s corporate department to guide businesses, individual shareholders and investors through TUPE and the employment aspects of transactions. This includes providing due diligence support and commercial analysis to clients on business transactions, investments and opportunities, drafting and negotiating Service Agreements and Settlement Agreements for both corporate clients and senior individuals. The team works across all sectors, with particular expertise in financial services, hospitality, transport and professional services.
