Solicitor - Subrogated Recoveries

Why join us? DWF are expanding our Commercial Insurance team and we are seeking a Solicitor to advise in the field of property damage recovery claims. The Commercial Insurance team in Manchester are instructed by our insurer clients to pursue subrogated property damage recovery claims, working to recover insurers’ outlay where damage has been caused to their customer’s property, be it commercial or domestic premises. This role is based out of our Manchester office on a hybrid-working model where
