Birketts has appointed Irfan Baluch as a partner in its Commercial & Technology team, based in Sevenoaks. The firm says he is its first Commercial & Technology hire in the South East.
Baluch brings more than 20 years’ experience as a solicitor, engineer and software developer. Birketts says his work spans software, SaaS and cloud services, data protection, cyber security, blockchain and digital assets, artificial intelligence and emerging-technology commercialisation.
